Fall 2019 Girls Soccer Season Preview:

Coming off a red-hot 2018, including a myriad of individual awards for players and coaching staff, a 2018 3A West Region crown and a first-in-17-years trip to the 2018 3A State Championship match, this group is looking to make 2019 white-hot! Returning eight starters from last year's squad means this group is loaded for bear in talent and experience. Competition during training sessions and for playing time will undoubtedly push this group to reach for accomplishmentsthat are unquestionably their own. TOGETHER this group will be working on the field and off to remain at the top of the class here in TJ and throughout Frederick County.

Having a coaching staff with such an expansive soccer background coupled with backgrounds in education, TJ Girls Soccer has developed and holds an ideology that each player and Coach is and will be a life-long learner of the game. We know the importance of hard work and we intend to impart those same lessons on our players. TJ Girls Soccer sees hard work and mastering the fundamentals as the key concepts in being successful. These concepts will be tested daily in rigorous training sessions on the field. TJ Girls Soccer also sees the importance of these concepts off the field and believes that sustained academic performance comes with a strong fundamental foundation and diligence in completing assignments on time.
